An experienced Accounting Officer is required to carry out the operational processes of our accounts department. The role will include completion of the day to day transactional responsibilities of the business.
Coldon Homes is a leading home builder in South Gippsland. An established business with over 50 years in the building industry, it has grown and evolved to be a major builder and manufacturer. Through our partner business Capeview Building Products we manufacture pre-fabricated building products including frames, trusses, windows and joinery as well as supplying and servicing other builders.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Accounts payable processing, payment and reconciliation
- Accounts receivable processing, collection and reporting
- Banking
- Subcontractor liaison
- Customer enquiries
- Production reporting
- Other duties as directed
To be considered for this role it is preferred that you have an accounting qualification or substantial business experience. Be an effective communicator with the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
